Attorney Öğütçen graduated from law school at İstanbul University in 2001 and subsequently joined the İstanbul Bar.
She completed her apprenticeship focusing on commercial law issues in İstanbul and after getting her license, she worked in the legal follow up division of private banks in the field of enforcement law for four years. Between 2010-2015, she worked at a private holding as legal counsel on issues such as contract law, property law (expropriation, site areas, zone law, adequate pay, law suits arising from the right of preemption, rent, evacuation), international law, international transportation law, commercial law, working law, enforcement law, public law, and tax law and she is specialized in these topics.
She has been with Demir & Partners since 2015, having the title of Main Responsible of the enforcement department. Att. Öğütçen has intermediate proficiency in English.
Att. Öğütçen primarily practices in the following areas:
- Collecting the commercial receivables of companies through arbitration and negotiation without legal follow ups,
- Collecting commercial receivables of companies through enforcement,
- Collecting exchange receivables through enforcement,
- Processing with enforcement proceedings in regard to selling encumbered immovables and liquidation of assets
